Tickets on Sale for EPIC’s 45th Annual Fall Celebration Oct 8th!

Updated: Sep 28, 2022

On behalf of EPIC's staff and board, you are warmly invited to join us for EPIC's 45th Annual Fall Celebration! The gathering will take place on Saturday, October 8th from 2-5pm at Southern Humboldt Community Park, located at 1144 Sprowl Creek Road in Garberville, and feature hors d'oeuvres catered by Local Flavors, live music by the Yarduties band, and an open bar with libations donated by Violet Green Winery, Frey Vineyards, and Lost Coast Brewery.

We are so looking forward to this festive afternoon to reunite the EPIC community after two years, celebrate 45 years of forest protection, and honor Priscilla Hunter and Polly Girvin with the Sempervirens Award for lifetimes of achievement in environmental activism.

Tickets are for sale online, as well as at Wildberries Marketplace in Arcata and Redway Liquor & Deli in Redway. $30 online, $40 at the door, free admission for ages 18 and under. Tell your friends and share our event on Facebook!

EPIC's 2022 Online Silent Auction is also now live, and will be open for bidding until mid-November. Our exceptional online array of local products, arts & crafts, experiences, and getaways donated by local businesses and organizations are perfect for treating yourself or gifting to your friends and family this holiday season. Check back for new items as we receive them!

If you would like to sponsor Fall Celebration for $300, volunteer at the event, donate an item for our upcoming online silent auction, or have any other questions, please contact Abigail abigail@wildcalifornia.org or call 707-822-7711. We so appreciate all forms of support, and could not continue doing our work without you! We will feature Fall Celebration sponsors and auction donors on EPIC's Instagram and Facebook pages, in our 15k-member newsletter and in-person at Fall Celebration, and provide you with a tax-deductible donation receipt. We believe that it is important for local businesses to support organizations working in our region, and that they are recognized for their contributions.

See you soon!

For the Earth,

The EPIC Team
