30x30 Partnership Summit 2024

Josefina Barrantes

EPIC attended the 30x30 Partnership Summit in Sacramento hosted by the California Natural Resources Agency (CNRA) during the first week of October. The theme for the summit was “Inspire, Innovate and Integrate”. EPIC attended the summit along with other Power in Nature coalition members, excited and ready to learn about how other organizations are working to further 30x30. We were lucky to engage in some fruitful discussions about each other's work across the state.

During the Summit, CNRA’s Partnership Coordinating Committee welcomed EPIC’s 30x30 Coordinator Josefina Barrantes to the committee. The 30x30 Partnership is an alliance of groups and leaders advancing 30x30. They convene regularly to communicate progress, highlight best practices, address challenges, and identify ongoing opportunities to meet our shared 30x30 goals.
